By accessing or using PeppePost ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the App. PeppePost is a content scheduling and publishing platform for creators and agencies.
PeppePost is an automation tool designed to facilitate the uploading and publishing of video content to the TikTok platform via official TikTok APIs. The App is provided as an integration layer between the user's storage and the TikTok platform.
Users of this App must comply with the TikTok Terms of Service and Community Guidelines. You are solely responsible for the content you publish. We do not pre-screen or monitor the content uploaded via the App.
You agree not to use the App for any illegal or unauthorized purpose. You must not violate any laws in your jurisdiction or any TikTok policies when using this service. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials.
The App, its original content, features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of the developer. You retain all ownership rights to the content you upload.
THE APP IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT ANY WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND. In no event shall the developer be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, or account suspension by TikTok.
We reserve the right to terminate or suspend access to the App immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms.
We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. Continued use of the App after any such changes shall constitute your consent to such changes.
This App is intended for use by individuals who are at least 18 years of age. By using this App, you represent and warrant that you are at least 18 years old. We do not knowingly collect information from or direct content to anyone under the age of 18. If we become aware that a user is under 18, we will terminate their access immediately.
These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Italy, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any dispute arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Italy.
In the event of any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or the use of the App, the parties shall first attempt to resolve the matter through good-faith negotiation. If the dispute cannot be resolved through negotiation within 30 days, it shall be submitted to binding arbitration in accordance with applicable Italian law.
